Framework 03 · Relational ecology
How inner states become relational patterns, cultural climates, and eventually the structures we live inside.
Nothing in a living system happens in isolation. A small attunement somewhere becomes a larger one somewhere else; a small neglect carries the same way. This is not metaphor; it is how living tissue behaves.
A nervous system regulates near another nervous system. A culture's tenor moves through every body in it. The water reaches all the cells. The way you speak to yourself in the kitchen, alone, is part of the air the next person walks into.
You do not have to fix everything to change something. You only have to be honest about what your presence is sending out — and willing to let what comes back inform what you do next.
What you tend to, tends to you back.
