A podcast about life, humanity, and the world we are creating together.

I think about a lot of things. Probably too many things. Society. People. Power. Care. Work. Fear. Relationships. Meaning. Why we build things the way we do, and what happens because of it.

A podcast became a natural place for all of that.

A place where reflections, questions, patterns, and half-formed thoughts can meet. Where I can follow one question into another without needing everything to fit neatly into a single category.

I believe we can create a better society. Not a perfect one, but a more human, thoughtful, and caring way of living together.

Rethinking Everything grew out of my lifelong habit of asking questions.

Why do we do things the way we do?
Who makes the decisions?
Who lives with the consequences?
What have we come to see as inevitable,
even though it is really something people once chose to build this way?

In the podcast, I explore society, democracy, economics, power, care, work, the environment, relationships, meaning, and our place within all of it.

Not to provide ready-made answers, but to open up more questions and more possible ways of seeing.

Because sometimes change does not begin with knowing exactly what to do.

It begins when we dare to ask:

Does it really have to be this way?

And perhaps even more importantly:

What could it look like instead?

Take the podcast further

The episodes are created to live on after you have finished listening.

They can be used in classrooms, study circles, discussion groups, organisations, workplaces, political groups, community spaces, or simply between a few people who want to think together.

For several episodes, downloadable PDF resources will also be created:

Conversation Starter · Discussion Guide · Reflection & Worksheet Pack

The materials are not designed to provide the “right” answers. They are there to help us ask more questions, see more perspectives, and think together.

Rethinking Everything

Some materials will be free, while more in-depth resources will be available as downloadable PDFs. The free path begins with the episode itself and a useful Conversation Starter, while the larger resources offer more structure and space for deeper exploration.

What can you use them for?

You might use an episode and its resources to:

start a conversation · hold a study circle · use in teaching · create a discussion group · explore a question within an organisation or association · host an online conversation · or simply reflect on your own

And I would close the section with:

The goal is not for everyone to arrive at the same answer.

The goal is for us to begin asking better questions.
